おもうしこみのキャンセルと返金について / Cancellations and Refunds
テストを受ける前なら、1回だけテストの日をかえることができます。メールをおくってください。おしはらいされた受験料はかえすことができません。
You can change the test day to the next test only once before you take the test. If you wish to do so, Please email us.

- 下のおもうしこみフォームから、おもうしこみをして受験料をおしはらいください。

団体でお申し込みの場合は次のページをご覧ください。
- ※クレジットカードかコンビニでおしはらいできます。コンビニではらうときは「teket の無料会員登録」がひつようです。

- 事務局から送られてきたメールに、顔写真と在留カードをつけてメールをかえしください
Please reply and attach your face photos and Residence Card to the email from the NAT-TEST office.
もうしこむときのメールアドレスにメールをおくります。
メールアドレスをまちがえないでください。
メールでれんらくができないと、しけんをうけることができません。
もうしこむ人がおおいときは、しめきり日よりも早くしめきることがあります。
The mail will be sent to the email address you have registered.
Please make sure to register the correct email address.
If we can not confirm the email address, you can not take the test.
If there are too many applicants, we may close the application earlier than the deadline.
